CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover any fees charged
When booking direct with us the following cancellation charges apply :
Cancellation of booking 28 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of total booking
Cancellation of booking 21 days before arrival will be charged at 75% of total booking
Cancellation of booking 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of total booking
For amendments, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate you
Any fees are charged at our discretion.
When booking through a booking site, we follow the displayed guidelines

When more then one room is booked, you may be asked to pay in full up to a month in advance of arrival

DAMAGE POLICY
Guests causing damage to the B&B or its contains will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. The lead guest is liable for the payment.
ACCESS INFORMATION
Our warm welcome extends to all of our guests and within the limitations of our Victorian building, we will do our best to accommodate those with disabilities or special needs.
Our building does have wide steps up to the front door which can be seen in the photo gallery. There are steps and a short pathway from the gravelled car park to the side entrance. We will be pleased to assist with luggage whenever possible.
We have one single bedded room on the ground floor, with our double rooms on the first floor, accessed by a staircase with a turn halfway. The rooms are well lit with some rooms having direct access to the deck via a single step. The fire alarm system is such that it will alert both hard of hearing and partially sighted guests, with the fire exit clearly marked and procedures in place to assist those who may need hep with evacuation.
The Breakfast Room and Lounge are all on the ground floor and are on one level.
We will accommodate any guests with special dietary requirements wherever possible.
